Book & Manage Appointments
Booking Instructions for Current Clients

Following the intake process, you will receive an invitation via email to create a Halaxy account, which will allow you to view and manage your appointments online. Current clients can schedule appointments online via Halaxy by following the instructions below.
Step 1: Log into your Halaxy account
Step 2: Under My Practitioners, click "Book Now" next to Hilary's name
Step 3: Select an appointment time
Step 4: Click the checkbox to agree with the terms & conditions, and click submit.
NB: If you are not logged into your Halaxy account you will need to enter your details (i.e. name, DOB, email, and phone number). If the details you enter do not match the details we have on file, the booking will not work.

Step 5: Enter the verification code sent to your mobile and click verify
If your booking was successful, you will see this message and receive a confirmation email.
View & Manage your Appointments

Current clients can check and manage their appointments via Halaxy by following the instructions below.
Step 1: Log into your Halaxy account
In the bottom left of the page, you will see a section titled "Upcoming Appointments"
Step 2: Click the pencil icon* to the right of the appointment you wish to reschedule or cancel
*if there is no pencil icon, this means that the appointment is less than 72 hours away and therefore you must contact us via phone or email to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
Step 3: Click Reschedule or Cancel appointment
Step 4: If rescheduling, select a new time and date for your appointment
Step 5: Click the checkbox to agree with the terms & conditions, and click submit.
If you successfully rescheduled the appointment, you will see this message and receive a confirmation email.
